What We Believe

Independent: Our church is not influenced, guided, or controlled in anyway by the practices of other churches. We are a self-reliant church.

Separated: Our church believes that it is imperative to the testimony of the Lord that our church stand firmly and boldly against all ungodliness, apostasy, false teaching and fanatical cults.

Preaching: The Bible is preached as it is, to men as they are. We only use the King James Version of the Bible in our preaching and teaching. We do not believe in using any new or modified versions.

Teaching: Verse by verse Bible study learning the practical principles of the Word of God. Isaiah wrote: "For precept must be upon precept, precept upon precept; line upon line, line upon line; here a little, and there a little: (Isa 28:10 KJV)

Local, New Testament: We believe that the New Testament of the Bible is the Gospel of Jesus.

Fundamental: Our church believes that we are to hold to the fundamental teachings of the Bible. These are essential Doctrines of the Christian Faith; the inspiration of the Scriptures; the Virgin Birth of Jesus Christ; the Deity of our Lord Jesus Christ; the Vicarious Death of Jesus Christ; the Bodily resurrection of our Lord Jesus Christ; and the Second Coming of our Lord Jesus Christ.

Evangelistic: Our church has zealous preaching and dissemination of the gospel.

Bible Believing: We believe that the Bible is the Word of God, and 100% accurate. Our church's foundation is based on the King James Version of the Bible.

Missionary Minded: We believe that missionary work around the world is extremely important, to spread the gospel to as many people around the world as possible. Because of this belief, financial support is provided to several missionary families through our faith promise missions program.

Pre-Tribulational: We believe that the church will be Raptured (I Thess. 4:17) before the Tribulation. The tribulation will be the time of great affliction, distress, and suffering for those who are not saved.

Pre-Millennial: We believe that we are close to the thousand-year period mentioned in Revelation 20, where Jesus and his faithful followers will spend this time ruling on Earth.
